Please note that all returned purchases must still meet the other requirements of our return policy (as indicated below).

All Keratinbeauty.com purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from Keratinbeauty.com, you may return it within 30 days of the date it was delivered and receive a refund for your payment.
When you receive your order, please check to make sure these items are in good condition, and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment.
We provide a return shipping label for most returns (see below for details). However, original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error (for example, if we sent the wrong item or the order was damaged in transit).Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you choose to return part of an order, you may no longer qualify for all special offers associated with your purchase. For example, if you received a free gift with purchase you may be required to return the gift in order to receive full credit for your return.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he

Return Shipping and Processing
Please pack your return shipment securely to ensure that the items are not damaged in transit. If you still have it, the box your order arrived in should be sufficient to make sure that your return arrives back at our distribution center undamaged.
When you have the return package ready please contat us to get detailed ingormatin on how to post the return package.
Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit or refund within maximun 30 days from
you an e-mail confirmation. Please bear in mind that it can take several days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
